Rates and Booking Information

RATES:

We are open from March through October and our rate is $60/night per person.  We are closed November 1 through February.

MINIMUMS:

A two night minimum stay is required.  10 person minimum. We require a final guest count one week prior to your stay. This will be the minimum number of guests that you will be charged for. You can add people to the final count at any time and the final billing will reflect that number.

DEPOSIT:

Reservation deposit is $600 – refundable if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Damage deposit is $300 to be paid at time of arrival; refunded within seven days of departure if no damage. *All rates, deposits, and payments are in U.S. funds.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our policy is that any cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund. There will be no refunds if you cancel after the 30 day period.

LIABILITY INSURANCE: A short term TULIP (Tenant User Liability Insurance Policy) can be purchased in leiu of a security deposit, naming Peaceful Mountain Retreat Center as additional interest.

PAYMENT*: Your reservation is confirmed when I receive a notice from pay pal that a deposit has been paid.  If you are planning to pay the remaining balance on a credit card, please do so via pay pal before you arrive. If you would like to pay the balance with cash/check/money order, you may do so after your arrival.
